1. Why we process personal information
INTEA.dance provides information and profile services for artists, dancers, hostesses, clubs and cooperating agencies. We process information as needed to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, manage profiles, communicate, handle engagement requests and maintain related records. We do not use information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis.
2. Information we process
- Accounts: name or display name, email address, internal user ID, account roles and permissions, authentication security data.
- Google, Seznam, GitHub and mojeID sign-in: the provider's unique account identifier and available basic profile information, such as email and name. We do not receive or store Google, Seznam, GitHub or mojeID passwords.
- Profiles and cooperation: contact details, profile photographs and details you choose to provide, club and agency information, engagement requests and records. Where you upload documents, those files may contain additional personal information.
- Administration: information needed for contractual communications, invoicing and compliance where relevant.
- Technical operations: IP address, server request and error logs, essential session details, and browser-stored language or appearance preferences.
3. Legal bases
Depending on the purpose, we rely on performance of a contract or steps at your request before entering one (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests in operating and securing the service and protecting legal rights (Article 6(1)(f)), legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)), or consent where required (Article 6(1)(a)). We select the appropriate basis for each processing activity; consent does not automatically apply to all processing.
4. Google, Seznam, GitHub and mojeID sign-in
When you choose a provider, you are redirected to its sign-in page. Following successful authentication, we receive only the information requested to identify you and create or link your account. We request openid email profile from Google and mojeID, identity from Seznam, and read:user user:email from GitHub. Access tokens are not retained after authentication. Your provider identifier is associated with your INTEA.dance account to enable future sign-ins. Linking an additional provider requires authentication to the existing account.
The providers also process data under their own notices: Google Privacy Policy and Seznam.cz Privacy. GitHub: Privacy; mojeID: mojeID.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Information may be accessed, where necessary, by authorised platform administrators, people involved in processing your request, relevant clubs or partners, and our hosting, technical service and authentication providers. Information concerning an engagement is shared only to the extent necessary to handle it. Where providers process information outside the European Economic Area, we apply the relevant international transfer rules, including applicable adequacy decisions or other lawful safeguards where needed.
6. Retention
Account information is retained while the account is in use and afterwards only as needed to conclude related matters, protect systems or establish or defend legal claims. Records subject to statutory accounting or other legal requirements are held for the applicable periods, and technical logs for periods justified by security and incident handling. Periods depend on the category and purpose. When you request deletion, we assess which information can be removed immediately and which must temporarily be kept.
7. Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in requires essential session identifiers and security controls. Browser storage may retain your language, appearance preferences, filters or form drafts. You can manage browser storage in your browser settings. If optional tracking or other technologies requiring consent are enabled, an appropriate choice must be offered before their activation. Optional location features depend on permission granted in your browser.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability where the relevant conditions apply, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Contact contact@intea.dance to exercise your rights. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the UK ICO or an applicable EU data protection authority.
9. Updates
We may update this notice to reflect changes in the service or legal obligations. The effective date will be displayed here. This notice explains personal data processing and does not grant any access privileges to internal systems.
